Wachaubahn

The variety of nature and culture is the true magic of the Wachau region. A ride on the Wachaubahn railway opens this variety up to you!
Between the old ruins, lovely vineyards and blooming bushes the Wachau region has conserved its true essence. That’s the “district” of the Wachaubahn railway. The railway is more than a hundred years old. It exists since 1909 and today links Krems with Emmersdorf (opposite Melk). On the train ride passengers will have a beautiful view of the world heritage landscape.
Prices & Tickets Tickets may be purchased at several railway stations, directly from the train conductor or online. For Information and reservation call +43 2742 360 990-99.
